1. The device does not use Dolby B to reduce tape noise like the Walkman2. The electronics of the device add more hiss, pops and other noises not present on your tape.3. The device changes the pitch of the music up and down bad WOW and Flutter4. Insert two new AA batteries, the device will work for a few seconds and then stop. Only the USB power cable worked. I could go on, but the bottom line is it's not going to give you a good transfer if you use it to transfer music and have critical hearing. My best feedback to the manufacturer and Revain is to buy a cassette player that sounds as good as the Sony Walkman, and then pass it on. May be, do they have a higher value for money in their line to offer? Returning heartbroken like other reviews here but had to try once. Thanks but no.
