Review on Timbuk2 Walker Laptop Backpack Black by Kyle Beaner

I carry my laptop and small electronics in this bag. The design is great, but the function is not. The buckles on the folding straps broke after less than 10 months of daily use. I never have too much weight in my bag or too many things. The bag looks great, has many pockets and an elegant color. I just didn't expect a bag in this price range to fall apart in less than a year from the date of purchase. I was hoping it would take a lot longer than it did. I don't know how I can even repair such a product error?
