USB is dead. Same symptoms as others. COM port is not recognized on several adware computers. Get a board with a dedicated USB chip. I think you have to go through several returns before you get one that works. Looks like some of the reviews are good so that's ok.

Pros

Beetle is the smallest Arduino Leonardo board. Its basic idea is based on minimalism without sacrificing functionality.
