Great addition to a brine tank to control salt consumption.
I bought this to limit the use of salt. Even though I set the salt at 6 pounds, the water level in the brine tank was higher than 3 or 4 gallons. I added this with my air check valve stem for intake and a 3/8" HDPE hose I bought from HD for $1.67 and added a 2" styrofoam float to the 3/8" hose set add about 3 gallons. Salt, great addition.
