We got the complete set for our brand new deck couple years ago: a bbq cover and two chair. Unfortunately the bbq cover got ripped, we are not sure because of the cruel winter or just bad luck. BUT we send sn email to the company, provided all the oinformacion like: proof of purchase and picture, and they are sending us back a new cover for our bbq.Question: would I do it again even knowing that the material will torn apart? : 100% yes!
