Great kit - dominates wax. Goes down 1-1/2 inches. My double wax was too short - barely touched the toilet. I'm surprised the old one worked at all. My closet flange is 1/2" below the tile. The toilet must have been moved after a few months and was leaking. This set fits 1-1/2" UNDER the finished floor. I also received the Korky and Fluidmaster waxless or waxless sets and sent them back - they only fit up to 1/4" or 3/8" under the tile or you'll have to double them. This kit can also be used to adjust the toilet so that it is still airtight when moved again. After the first install it never did, not a drop of water. Also, I like the low profile screw caps but wish they could be hand tightened.
