Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

That's where the positives end.
After 5 years of experience using Hyperx products, the desire disappeared completely.
Each product has a defect (I always bought in different stores.
Disgusting attitude towards customers, support doesn't care that you have problems. I repeat that not only did I not get them to replace the keyboard or even repair it, I still did not receive a clear answer, what to do next?!?!?
I think that the next time I buy accessories, my choice will fall in the direction of Logitech, the quality and solid support attracts more than just a "beautiful wrapper" of your products.
I strongly recommend not to deal with them!

Pros

Nice setup of keys and binds. Quiet keys. Looks great. A metal and weighty case that will not allow the keyboard to walk around the table. Wire type - c with a fabric braid.

Cons

Non-repairable switches that cannot be replaced or repaired (they clog instantly). The keys wore out after half a year. The application does not minimize to tray.
