Runs a little larger than expected but that's due to the width. I overcompensated as I usually do with regular width shoes. But they fit well enough that I didn't see a need to change them. This was my first pair of wide fit shoes and I feel like I've missed my whole life. I have always worn normal width shoes and have always had problems. Especially when running or hiking long distances, my feet have always been a problem. The toes are clenched on top of each other. But in these shoes I could hike for hours without pain. Also, it has memory foam that makes you feel like you're walking on clouds. at least in the first few weeks of use.
