Not quite USB 3.0 transfer speed when copying photos from an SD card to a large group. The average copy time for 100 20MB CR2 image files was at least 20 times longer than with a USB 2.0 card reader (3 hours vs. 2 minutes). The device is recognized by my PC, but the transfer rate is very slow for a USB 3.0 device connected to the USB 3.0 ISB port. less than a minute. Rather than being my primary means of copying files off my SD card, it becomes a backup and ends up in my laptop bag.
