This swing is heavy and durable. They are much more comfortable than traditional sling swings, especially for a heavier person with broad buttocks. I highly recommend these seats. After a month or two, both swings developed cracks in the underside of the seats. A seat has also developed a crack along one edge of the swing and makes a creaking noise when in use. I contacted customer service and they sent me a set of replacement seats within a week of contacting them. The only problem is that both "new" replacement seats have long slots on the bottom of the seats. I'll keep my original swing and send a replacement. I bought them because of the weight limit (500 pounds) and because they were more comfortable to sit on. I will post an additional update if they develop more splits/cracks or break them completely.
