1984 Suburban Conversion

I have a 1984 Suburban 4x4 that was converted from a diesel to a 1968 big block 396 from a Chevelle. When the previous owner did the rebuild, he kept a stock Suburban 700R4. Well, the poor guy couldn't take it anymore and switched 2nd-4th. exit. In my boundless wisdom, I decided to convert the Suburban to a Muncie with a 4-speed manual. Well, as with all conversions, a few things went wrong here too. One of them was the alignment of the clutch. I ended up buying this pedal as the shop adjusted my firewall by welding on additional material with a smaller through hole for old unused cables to run through. We then installed this pedal at this point. Great fit! We routed it to a separate hydraulic master cylinder, which then routed the slave cylinder to the transmission, which actuated the shift fork. I fired up my Suburban and now I'm crawling through the woods with a manual transmission.
