A bit big for brushes

I bought this to clean water bottles but the bristles were a bit wide and stiff and I had to squeeze them hard. Once it's that stiff it's hard to maneuver and really hits corners. The product photos show that it can only be used with wide mouth tanks, but there is a picture of bottles for other sports. If it was a wide mouth container I wouldn't need this product and would use a sponge instead as it definitely cleans better. Overall it has a strong and comfortable grip, but unless I can use it to clean most things I don't recommend it.
