Review on Winres system by Dustin Woodrow

I like that we can manage our bookings with this software instead of using excel or paper to keep track of all my reservations! It's really easy for new users as well since it has an intuitive interface which makes learning super fast!! Sometimes you have problems when there are multiple people booking from one computer at once - but usually they just need more time before their machine is ready so its not too big of deal (unless your in front of them!).

We use winRes primarily because it helps us organize all of our clients' information together rather than having separate spreadsheets/notes saved up separately by different staff members. This allows me to see everything about each client right away without needing someone else who works closely with him to go through his file himself.
