I recently encountered BIGTREETECH and had a negative experience. Although they claimed to offer the best customer service, I found their support staff to be unresponsive and unhelpful. It took me several tries to obtain a response when I had a problem with my order, and even then, I didn't feel that my issues were taken seriously. In addition, it was challenging to explore their website. I had a difficult time finding the products I needed because the search function wasn't very good. Even when I finally found what I was looking for, the product descriptions lacked sufficient detail to allow me to make a wise purchase. Their products' quality was also unimpressive. I bought some 3D printer parts, however they fell short of my expectations. I had to spend extra time and money attempting to make them work because they didn't fit properly. Overall, BIGTREETECH let me down, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone seeking for a trustworthy, high-quality online store for 3D printing requirements.
