It was sent damaged in a bag! I fixed it!

The base was bent so I had to remove the screws from the bottom to take it apart and put it back on the base charger. Delivered in a package, therefore a little crumpled. Batteries are charged and now it works fine, just a little bent when sitting! I can live with not wanting the headache of sending it back....
