I've been looking for a long time for an M.2 dock that would be compatible with B, M and B+M dongles on both old SATA interfaces and new NVMe interfaces and not cost a hand and a leg (the average price for such a piece is $140!). I needed something that also offered a tool-less experience so I could quickly switch places when cloning systems, but I didn't want something cheap and plastic. Thankfully, it's both aluminum and tool-less; hopefully that doesn't mean it's any less safe from accidental damage, but we'll see. So far I have no complaints.
