Update - Issues Solved - Great Customer Support

I'm Not Sure I Have a Broken Device. because it doesn't connect to some phones with micro USB. It connects to my Samsung Galaxy S3 and Nexus 7. It connects to a friend's Nexus 5. It absolutely does not connect to Samsung Note 3 or Galaxy S5. Maybe the tolerances on the connector differ so much that some will fit, but not all. I will contact the seller for an exchange. From the plug side, it works great when plugged in. I was able to format the micro SD card to FAT32 or exFAT and it still works (assuming your phone's OS supports exFAT, but not all). I plugged it into my home computer and it worked over a USB 3.0 port, so it's definitely backwards compatible. Of course it also worked on a normal USB 2.0 port. To update. Pluggable contacted me a few days after this review. They offered to help me diagnose my problems, but they quickly realized I had a faulty unit. A replacement was sent to me via priority mail. The new one now connects to any phone, unlike the original. I have to admit that I didn't expect such support from such a cheap product. Thanks Pluggable! Tech Note. I tested this card reader with a 64 GB memory card. When I plug it into my phone or my computer, it "looks" like it's working. I see a 64G card installed, but copying files got errors when I hit the 32G mark. The product isn't marketed as supporting anything over 32GB, so I wasn't expecting that. I'm just reporting my experience.
