Review on Sanus BF24B Inch Speaker Stands by Justin Vasquez

Easier than you think

So many complaints about breakage. It's DVP! I assembled it in about 20 minutes with no problems and no disconnection. A few tips: Use a Phillips screwdriver to poke the pre-drilled screw holes just enough to make them easier to find when inserting the screws into the bottom and top boards. Sit on the floor, hold the baseplate between your legs, insert the screws, and then hold the leg (with the screw holes) up to align the holes. Tighten 1 screw, then screw the second and done. The screws are EASY to screw in. If you have to make an effort, you are on the wrong track. Forget the word tighten. You don't tighten the screws into the fiberboard, you just screw them in until tight. This black plastic part on the back is easy to insert as follows: Lay the assembled stand horizontally on the floor. Insert one end of the plastic into its groove. Now bend your back slightly into your hand to form a U. Once you have some distance near one end, it just clicks at the right pace. You should probably place the wires inside before adding the backplane. That's easy
