Works great so far. I was worried that the height of the arches wouldn't work, but it's enough to work with both tall stilettos and lower boots. Adjusting the heel part is kind of annoying, but I don't think you have to use it if you don't need it. I was able to stretch the toe box a pair of leather stilettos without using the heel support piece. I initially thought that was how you kept it all together, but the front will tighten without slipping out. Maybe not if they're fabric lined?
