Review on Neon Clumping Crystal Litter Pound by Sheila Myers

I bought this litter when no other litter was available. After using it I bought 4 more bags! What makes it better than any other crystalline filler is odor control. It also absorbs better than other fillers. Problem: This is a finer grit than the scoop litter recommended for my automatic cat litter. As such, it sticks to the bottom of the reusable pot and is a real cleaning pita in its own right. Since I have finicky cats, I came up with the formula: 1/3 neon, 1/3 recommended unscented litter and 1/3 recommended blue litter. I start with blue, then unscented, then neon and just toss it all in the bin. Neon does its job, and the recommended filler does its job. This works very well for me. All I have to do is clean up waste and fill up twice a week for two cats who believe food is their number one goal in life. On one of these cleaning trips, I pick up all the trash and give the tray a good wash.
