Fixed broken pool pipe. Stretch Then Wrap

My pool pipe broke so we had to fix the leaking pipe. As "specified" the tape will stick to itself. Take the tape, stretch it over the leaking pipe. Pull tight to stretch to three times its length and wrap. Wrap it around the pipe and then back onto itself. It even works in running water. The point is to pull hard and stretch three times more than pulled back and stretch hard. I've used it under the sink in my house and have never fixed the pipe because the tape works so well and then it kinda hardens and has to be cut off. It's the best ever. The problem is that people don't tighten it up and then wrap it up. You can't just wrap. You need to pull and stretch it about a foot, then wrap it around the pipe and then over itself. It's really like you normally glue everything, you just have to PULL and PULL. Then wrap. Wrap yourself around the leaks and then back onto yourself.
