This collar left a big mark on my dog's neck where he sits on his abs like it fried his hair and turned into a bloody open wound! When it squeaked it was very different from our last stun collar, wish I had read the reviews. It's true, it hurts your animal. Don't buy it unless you want to physically harm your pet. I am feeling so bad! You should not sell this collar to someone who does not have it working properly! That disgusts me. Of course only leave one star because they make you. set to 0 starts
