In my opinion the design of this rack is just bad. All the pressure you put on this riser goes to 2 small pins on the back of the driver. These small pins rest in small grooves in the bottom legs of the riser. More than 2 times when I touched my laptop's keyboard, the pins slipped out of the small grooves and the laptop when dropped. The pins slip out of the grooves too easily. It's mostly metal, which was nice to look at, and folds down to a small size in case you need to carry it around. However, I don't think I'll be using that anymore. I can't afford to have my expensive laptop damaged by an accidental fall.
