The only reason this review got 5 stars was because it was the highest rating I could give! I had the bag for 3-4 months before the 2 way zip started to fail. After another month of use, the zipper would only close one way, the side pockets had torn at the seam, and the seams at the top of the zipper had come apart. I contacted the company, sent some photos and they happily sent me a replacement bag. I love this bag which I use as a diaper bag and was disappointed with its short lifespan. Thanks to a great company I got a new bag without payment. A great choice if you are looking for a stylish, functional bag at a reasonable price!
