I love the design of the bag but the vegan leather was peeling in a few places within 3 days of use. I'm still using it, but it's peeling off more and more.

I've only worn it a few times and the leather is already tearing in places. The bag is very spacious and has many pockets where you can store everything as long as the skin does not peel off. Because I love this color.

Excellent quality! I really love this bag! It has shoulder straps that can be used as a backpack. Longer strap for use as a wallet and short handle for easy carrying and hanging on a hook. It's big and roomy and looks way more expensive than it's worth buying. Pretty bag!

Inner zip pocket not big enough for my phone. It's just not enough! I will not put my phone in any of the front side compartments that are open to the public, especially on the subway. So now every time I need my phone I rummage around the bottom of my bag again, often missing calls and making organization difficult. The bag looks great, wears well, but I'm lost without quick and easy access to my phone.

I really needed a bag for work that can be carried on the shoulder but also as a backpack because I walk to work. This backpack is great, has a large opening so I can see and access my stuff easily. The zipper is good and so I'm not afraid to stuff it all the way. For example, today I had booties, a computer, a laptop, an adapter, a cereal box, a thin cotton sweater and a clutch purse in my pocket, and a water bottle in my side slit. Bought it in a bright color.

I really like this bag! I buy a lot of items from Amazon and have never written a review before but felt the need to let everyone know how good this bag is. I got this bag for work and it matches my work laptop and the purse I use on my lunch break with plenty of room. I was also very surprised that my large water bottle fits in the side pocket. The only reason this review got 5 stars was because it was the highest rating I could give! I had the bag for 3-4 months before the 2 way zip started to fail. After another month of use, the zipper would only close one way, the side pockets had torn at the seam, and the seams at the top of the zipper had come apart. I contacted the company, sent some photos and they happily sent me a replacement bag. I love this bag which I use as a diaper bag and was disappointed with its short lifespan…
