This hydrometer is great and there are two of them! Both have a protective case, a glass and a cleaning brush. I like this hydrometer best because it's easy to read, the graduations are color coded and wide enough for a middle-aged man brewing beer in the basement late at night. Even in heavy bubbles, gravity is fairly easy to calculate. Two of them are amazing because the hydrometers are fragile and easily broken accidentally (no gravity readings on 3 recent batches since I broke my last one in the dryer ;/). In addition, the hydrometer does not displace very much liquid, so that overflows in the cup or thieves are less common. These are winners and at a good price. I highly recommend them.
