These run quite small. If you think you're a medium, get a large. I'm an average-sized young adult dude and the extra-large size fits me perfectly. The material feels good and stretches well, just wish it didn't have such huge print on it with the logo/brand name. I bought these to protect an arm tattoo I will be getting soon (I work with my hands a lot in food service) and look forward to using them.
- I got a size small but felt a little extra compression from the bend around my bicep.
- It is a regular elbow sleeve.
