Suitable for oven or not? suitable for kitchen and dining room
I bought this because I thought it could be used in the oven. According to the packaging, it is to be used at a maximum of 220Β° Fahrenheit, which means that it is practically unusable in the oven. . I've tried this 3 times on a 1" chicken breast (out of the oven) and 2 times it didn't get past 123 and once it reached 140. The breasts were more than adequately done (overcooked, actually).
