I need wired headphones for work and I really wanted a set with a detachable microphone because I also want to use it to listen to music and I hate that Microphone I can play around with when I just want to listen to music so that was perfect because I can easily attach and detach the mic when I need it. The sound on them is good. I'm not a music lover but they sounded really good to me. The headset felt a little tight and "pinched" on my head at first, but I wiggled it a bit, spread the earbuds apart a bit, adjusted the headband size, and actually found them quite comfortable. There's a rainbow-shaped LED display on the outside of each earcup, which I think is pretty nice, so that's nice. The inside of the earbuds is made of bright red fabric and the "L" and "R" are giant letters so you can't miss them - I don't have to squint to see where they've placed them somewhere subtly, I can just look at it and put them on the right track. The cord is a comfortable length, which is handy, and the cord also has a handy volume control and on/off sound. The spot where the mic connects is also highlighted (soft pink), so you can't go wrong where you connect it. The headband has a silicone coating on the side of the head, which helps keep it from slipping off your head when you lean forward. I was able to get the headphones to fit snugly even with glasses on, I just had to wiggle the headphones a bit to get them to play well with my glasses and it worked great. I wasn't expecting much from this headset but it's a good set. The noise-cancellation is pretty good - you can still hear what's going on, but it's muted so you don't notice it too much. This is good for me because I want to know if someone is trying to get my attention - I just don't want to be disturbed by background noise.
