It can fight the odor with a half hour run and then a 2 hour workout in 95 degree heat. I alternate between this scent and tea tree scent every week for up to two weeks. They should have slightly different pH values. If I wear just one scent for too long, I get a rash. When I switch between them I have no problems. I would also recommend shaving at night and then waiting until morning to put on deodorant. Sometimes it irritates my skin if I don't take a break between shaving and deodorant. I have very sensitive skin so I guess not everyone has this problem. A note for those of you just transitioning to natural deodorant: your body needs time to clear the antiperspirant from your pores. Wait a few days for it to stink normally because you will stink. It's not the fault of the natural deodorant. This is due to the deodorant that has been clogging the pores for years. By the way, the owners of this company are very nice. They used to sell at our local Saturday market in town until their business took off. I met both owners and their mother and they are all very nice people. Not only do you get a great product, you also support really good people. Also, I LOVE their goat milk soap.
