Review on 🌡️ Inkbird ITC-310T-B: Digital Temperature Controller for Mason Jar Incubator, Winemaking, Refrigerator, Fridge, Reptile - 12 Adjustable Time Periods by Dennis Goozmer

I am very happy with this controller. The presence of heating and cooling allows me to easily maintain the temperature at different times of the year. I currently have two Johnson A 419 controllers and to switch between heating and cooling you have to open the unit, change the jumpers, disconnect the cooling unit and connect the heating unit. This would be especially great when it can be cool at night and hot during the day. It's also very nice to be able to program multiple temperature settings for fermentation. When I blast my beer, I don't like knocking it down all at once, and I have to remember to go out and drop it a degree or two a few times a day. Now I can easily mount the cooling rail and don't have to worry about it anymore. It would also be great for lagers. You can easily program a diacetyl pause and then slowly ramp down to a higher temperature. It's also great for the seasons. I can let it build up slowly and not think about it. The best thing about this device is the value. My old Johnson A 419 was around $80-90 each. This device is almost twice the price but has twice the features. I will probably replace all my Johnsons with these after trying one. Thank you Inkbird for a great product!
