These cloth bags are so easy to change and filter out EVERYTHING. I didn't see a single speck of dust in either the shake bag or the filters, and I've gone through about 4 of them. However, instructions for replacement are not included. Simply pull down the black frame that holds the bag in place. Pull out the old bag and seal the hole with tape BEFORE squeezing the air out. Insert the new bag and snap the frame into place. They are quite expensive, but much more profitable than a pack of 5 pieces. One bag is enough for me for about 3-4 weeks (suck once a week).
