As a longtime Burt's user who has watched their prices rise to the point of absurdity, I was so excited to find this brand and read the positive reviews . I ordered mint without hesitation and tried it as soon as it arrived. I honestly love the feel of the balm and the fact that it doesn't taste sweet (I can't stand scented lip balms) but what I found SUPER DISAPPOINTING is the awful smell. Doesn't smell like mint. Smells of crude oil. And when you smell crude oil day and night, you either have to make sure you have no sense of smell, or you have no sense at all. For all its size, the smell makes it a huge waste of money.
