Bought this protein as an alternative to whey. After using it for about a year, I learned a few things: (1) It doesn't dissolve in water very well. Even diluted (higher water/powder ratio) it seems to stick together when shaken or stirred with a spoon. (2) You almost always need to pair it with some kind of sugar and/or flavoring, as it doesn't have the flavor you want on its own. (3) You can't mix it with hot liquids, otherwise you will get cooked egg whites! This powder can definitely be used to add a quality protein source to various baked goods and other mixes. However, it doesn't do very well as a cocktail substance and you may encounter some mixing/dissolving issues along the way.
