We received a defective pen, I report this to the seller who said he would send a new one by July 31st. This never happened and I have not received any emails. Buy at your own risk! To update! A few months later I received a new pen from the manufacturer for free. Also no emails or a lot of contacts but whatever it is everything is fine now.
