Ok product with good customer service

The headset serves its purpose but my son does complain that his ears are painful after using the headset for a few hours (he is on 100% remote learning). The durability is not as good though, the connector broke after less than 2 months usage. But the seller reached out and offered a replacement headset. I would give a 3 for product (value of $) and 4 for customer service from the seller.
