I like how it can be used in different ways depending on your needs as well as its ability to integrate other systems such as ERP or CRM. The only thing i don't like about this system are some of the reports they produce could use more customization options. We've been able to reduce our time spent on manual processes significantly while increasing accuracy and efficiency.
