I like everything about this system including the way it works in general. The best thing has been being able to have access from any place or time without having to be there physically! There are some small issues here at times but overall great service so far as well. We've had few problems getting our tickets resolved quickly however they do usually get back to us pretty quick. The main benefit of using this tool was its ease in use from any device or location as compared to other tools which required physical presence at each site. Also it had all features we needed along with a lot more too! No cons really but one can get some customization done only if they have good understanding of coding itself so be prepared before getting into such projects because there are many options where you end up spending way longer than expected time. The customer support team at FTMaintence has been wonderful in helping us get our system up and running quickly. They are very knowledgeable about Maintenance Manager products and have helped us navigate through some difficult learning curves. We would like to see more features available within the product itself.
