I like everything about this system including the way it works in general. The best thing has been being able to have access from any place or time without having to be there physically! There are some small issues here at times but overall great service so far as well. We've had few problems getting our tickets resolved quickly however they do usually get back to us pretty quick. Our main issue right now would be creating more work orders when needed since we're still learning how much of what can actually go into one ticket/request, etc. It could use adding a little customization/additional ways to request things though if possible which may not seem helpful.
