It's durable, built well, but since it's mostly plastic, it will take some time getting use to the comfort. Since it isn't made of soft material, the back plastic string will not drape on your neck, instead it will somewhat protrude outward. (See my pic, sorry for the bedhead ☺️). Other 2 pics are how it looks with the plastic strings drawn in and out. See how hard the plastic looks? If you lay down with it on a pillow, it takes getting use too. Some might decide to return this due to the comfortability issue. For me, I could live with it. I got the under 27 inches size. My noggin is size 23. All in all I was happy. I got 2 pcs.
