Knot Knocked Out

I used to use a golf ball or baseball ball, but I put this thing on my yoga mat and it works wonders without rolling, allowing me to push knots in my neck, shoulders, and back right into it. Highly recommended!

Pros

APPLICATION: The E-gle massager is made of hard durable plastic to target problem areas. Going over bumps with a folded towel is recommended if you are not used to working with deep tissue or using it in a seated position.
