Getting Started. I don't even write reviews and I'm very easy to please when it comes to products. I was excited to get this product and I found one problem after another as soon as I received it. The installation video sucks and I had to tweak it a bit to get it right. The doorknob then has to be pulled up to open my door because they didn't have a small piece to unscrew to fix it. Then I showed it to other family members and they were able to open the door without taking fingerprints. This product is terrible and I sincerely wish I could spend more money to get a better product and not be as upset as I am now.
