Bought this bidet in November but still waiting to write this review. I wanted to wait for the novelty and make sure it lived up to expectations. I can honestly say that the Zen Bide is a good quality device. It's well made, strong. All parts required for assembly are included in the kit. Along with the bidet I ordered a Danco toilet seat bumper kit. Other reviews I read said it would be a good idea to order one. It was required for my installation. I didn't want to use the T-valve that came with the kit. I wanted to be able to turn off the water in the bidet instead of the toilet. I contacted Zen support and they responded immediately. They gave me the information I needed to get the right part. When the valve arrived I installed the bidet. Installation was easy and the instructions are easy to follow. Be sure to use the included Teflon tape. use advice. The nozzle cleaning pen is versatile. The front/rear flow is strong. The nozzle cleaning handle can soften the jet without losing power. Also turn the temperature dial to hot and turn the nozzle cleaning dial until warm air can be felt. You now have hot water in your bidet and adjust the temperature accordingly. An injection of cold water can cause shock. The nozzles are adjustable and you have to try different settings. The grips themselves are smooth and durable with no play. Result. This is a quality product backed by a friendly customer service department. I would do business with this company again.
