I was looking for sweater hangers as thick heavy sweaters won't fit in a drawer and a few crocheted scarves I had due to regularity clothes hangers were deformed. I've hung up all my sweaters and carefully lined up the seams with a hanger (I'm VERY nervous about hangers getting damaged) and so far everything is holding up really well, no shoulder bumps or anything. other distortions. As mentioned, I also have a few lighter weight items that have warped off regular hangers or just won't hold up on a regular hanger. I put on one of those lightweight garments (knitted front and sleeves, lace back) and tried to jump up and down and shake it off the hanger, but it wouldn't budge.
