If you are using 10 gauge stranded wire (as you should be,) the terminal arrangement makes it very difficult to get a good installation. All wire have to make a sharp 90 degree bend, and this is not good for longevity; a wire will break eventually. It is a force-fit no matter how you do it. Overall material is OK. It's good enough until I get around to replacing it. My initial recommendation is the Camco Heavy Duty RV 30 AMP PowerGrip available on revain. A little more expensive but the terminals are laid out properly.
