I had to buy this till because Emerson wouldn't replace mine. The only two buttons on the original TV I had were the main ones: a picture size button that changes the aspect ratio (it's the only way to change the aspect ratio on this TV) and a mode button that can help you get there the picture size and sound settings, which are also only available via this remote control. Emerson is trying to scam you and charge you $28 for this remote control, buy here and don't give Emerson a dime of your hard earned money.
