What a disappointment BROKEN

They are not upright as shown in the picture. They flap in all directions and the very small Velcro doesn't stay on. When I look at them more closely, the ears appear to have been torn off the headband. It is now two days before Halloween and we bought these for our dog to wear on Halloween but they are not being used. It's too late for a replacement.
