Product photos show the included handle with tongue. The instructions state that it is important to install the net with this handle facing out. The manual contains photos of this pen. One of the reasons I bought this product over others was that it included a pen. Unfortunately, this product can be bought cheaper on Ebay. It doesn't come with a handle. At least one other reviewer said they also did not receive a response, meaning they had to fix the issue or listing before they could continue selling this product. Only time will tell if this product will stand up to the OEM net (which, by the way, has a handle).
