Very disappointed with this purchase

The box was opened and the iPhone case was in a sealed plastic bag. The corners of the card slots are crumpled and the top cover doesn't fit the phone (even without cards inside). My phone is not protected if the case is not closed. The description stated that the suitcase was made of natural cowhide; the smell does not agree with this statement. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
