They don't quite fit. 3 is too little and 13 is too much.
I ordered a size 3 for my daughter who just outgrew a 2. They are dense, heavy and smaller than the other 3 we have. I ordered a size 13 for my son who just outgrew a size 12. They are very large and larger than the other 13s we have. Both children said they were too heavy and hard. The shoes seem to be of good quality, but I can understand the children's opinion. We are returning both and will try the mesh running shoes.
